With expansive ocean views, resort style accommodations, fruit orchards, coffee trees, and one of the largest private collections of Hibiscus plants, the estate is located 800-feet above sea level and enjoys cooler temperatures cooled by trade winds.

Pocket doors in the great room provide indoor-outdoor living and frame ocean views. With the glass doors open to the lanai, a 2000 sq ft space is created for gathering and dining. Steps from the lanai is a hot tub, sun-heated 60-foot long lap pool and a spacious sun deck. Gas powered tiki torches, a sound system, and a manicured lawn (perfect for bocci ball, tossing the football, or a game of croquet) lead to a gazebo set up with day bed (the perfect place to enjoy a massage with our optional massage therapist services).

The master suite features soaring ceilings, custom cabinets made with native Hawaiian wood, a king size bed, high-end furniture, expansive ocean views, an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, smart toilet, walk-in closet with tons of storage area, and a bonus area with two beds if you want your children close by.

Each of the additional guest rooms has sliding glass doors opening to an ocean view and outside terrace, an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV. The guest bedrooms are next to a peaceful courtyard with koi pond.
