Kauai 227 is a brand-new, finished and furnished in comfortable elegance with natural tones for a peaceful escape to paradise. Complete with ocean and golf course views, it features a pool, hot tub, and air conditioning throughout.
Step through the dramatic glass front door to find an open-concept common area, perfect for enjoying vacation time together. A beautifully equipped, modern kitchen with a sizable island/breakfast bar and top-quality appliances opens into spacious living and dining areas with high ceilings. On one wall, sliding glass doors disappear for a completely open flow to a covered outdoor seating area and an additional dining space for eight.
Three of the Kauai 227’s bedrooms have king-size beds, and a bunk room provides the added flexibility of two full beds and two twins. Each bedroom comes outfitted with a television, and two have direct access to the pool deck. To ensure total guest comfort, there are 4.5 baths with luxurious details like stand-alone tubs, large walk-in showers, and outdoor lava rock showers.
