Casual, beachfront Kailua beach house for rest and relaxation. Three bedrooms, living room and dining spaces offer incredible views of Kailua Bay with lush landscaping offering privacy. The home has just undergone a refresh renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms, window coverings, split air conditioning, artwork, furnishings and linens. It is a wonderful rental for up to 8 guests.
The master bedroom features a Queen Bed, a second bedroom has a Queen Bed, and a third has a Full Bed and a Full Size Trundle Bed. There is a bonus room with a Queen Size sofa sleeper.
The Master Bedroom and private bathroom enjoys a double sink vanity, shower, HD TV, Apple TV, and a comfy sofa for lounging. The guest bath includes a shower.
This is a truly great spot to holiday. If you can pull yourself away from this charming property, Kailua town is a short drive or bicycle ride with shops, restaurants, and a variety of activities for all ages.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period.
