Nestled on a spectacular ocean bluff, this exquisitely designed residence offers guests an opportunity to enjoy one of Kauai's most breathtaking ocean, mountain, and river views. Situated amidst lush tropical gardens, this 12-acre estate is a 10-minute walk down our private beach path to Kahili Bay, one of Kauai's most secluded and scenic beaches. 

Great care was taken in the design and construction of this remarkable home built with the help of many of Kauai's finest craftsmen. Beautiful materials, fine woods, stone, and tiles are highlighted by a unique blend of tropical colors; nature's "garden palette" is truly reflected inside and out. The dramatic colors of the Great Room's high-beamed ceiling coupled with the custom-made Teak sliding doors perfectly frame our inspiring ocean and river panorama. In fact, every room in the Main Residence affords guests stunning ocean views. 

The Main Residence and charming Garden Studio and Library Bungalow are joined by meandering stone paths surrounded by exotic orchids, gingers, heliconias, and other colorful ornamentals. Dramatic tropical trees provide a swaying canopy of light and color and are home to many of Kauai's delightful songbirds. Unwind on the spacious ocean and garden lanais or take a leisurely stroll through the lovely gardens. From the expansive windows in each room, one can watch the ever-changing estuary of the Kilauea River as it flows into Kahili Bay. 

In the Main Residence, the primary suite is located upstairs and features a king bed with an en suite bathroom with a tub. The guest bedroom in the main residence features a queen bed with an en suite bathroom with a shower. The detached cottage bungalow features a queen bed with an en suite bathroom with a tub. Located centrally in the property's gardens, the "bathhouse" features a large glass block shower with a bathroom.

-Guest room with queen bed and en suite

Guest cottages (2) are available to be added at $500 per night.

5 night minimum booking required
Both guest houses are included in holiday bookings only. If you are booking outside of the holiday season and need additional sleeping arrangements, please inquire if you wish to add either or both of the two guest cottages.
