Kauai 2070 features a spacious, open-concept design that blends indoor and outdoor living to highlight Kauai’s breathtaking mountain and waterfall views. The upper-level living areas open to the tropical surroundings, while the lower level offers an additional lounge space perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating, ideal for gathering and casual dining. Each of the three main bedrooms opens to a private lanai, inviting guests to enjoy the cooling trade winds and the sounds of island life. The bathrooms offer spa-like amenities, including deep soaking tubs, dual-head walk-in showers, and an open-air shower surrounded by lush greenery. The fourth bedroom serves as a peaceful yoga and meditation studio, filled with natural light and fresh air. Please note that this room does not have air conditioning or window coverings.

Three bedrooms at Kauai 2070 feature air conditioning. The fourth bedroom and all common areas are cooled by ceiling fans and sliding doors that invite in the ocean breeze. Please note that the trade winds may occasionally calm for a few days, especially between June and September. The pool is not heated, and the garage is reserved for owner use. For peace of mind, exterior security cameras are in place.
