Welcome to Kainui, a single-story garden view home, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bonus office space and a fabulous blue tiled pool. Nestled in the heart of Kailua and conveniently located near Kailua beach, this private residence is a treasure and not to be missed! Kainui is the perfect place to access Kailua beach and surf, kite board or swim. After a fun day at the beach, head into Kailua town for dinner, shopping, or to visit one of the many fantastic microbreweries. Remodeled in 2018, the home has a bright and open floor plan, with airy vaulted ceilings and exquisite finishings throughout the residence. Recent upgrades include new travertine flooring, split ACs, plantation style shutters, outdoor lighting and a tastefully designed rock wall for privacy. The fully stocked open concept kitchen, complete with gas stove and granite countertops, is perfect for amateur or professional chefs alike.

The tranquil primary bedroom overlooks the garden and pool area and includes a primary ensuite featuring a soaking tub, walk in shower and dual vanities, as well as a comfy King bed. Guest room two is furnished with two twin beds, which can be joined to create an additional King bed. Guest room three is an office and located on the opposite side of the house. This room is furnished with a pull-out couch and desk. Guest room four is a separate studio and includes a King bed, kitchenette and ensuite. This room is perfect for guests who would like their separate space.

Lush tropical landscaping provides a private backyard oasis. Relax under the covered lanai and read a book or spend the day splashing in the gorgeous 45’ blue tile pool featuring a waterfall. A spa and two outdoor showers round out the well-appointed garden.
Additional activities in the area include, hiking, jogging, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating and golfing.
Target, Whole Foods, Down to Earth, Foodland, Safeway and many boutiques can all be found in Kailua town, along with numerous restaurants, coffee shops and farmers markets. Explore Kailua beach first thing in the morning and watch the sunrise, then head to Kalapawai Market for a Chai Tea Latte and a scone. You won’t regret it!

Access to the H3 and Pali highways make this home very centrally located and a great jumping off point for trips to the North Shore, Honolulu or the East side of Oahu.

Guest Room 1- Large primary suite with King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. Tranquil master bath inspires relaxation featuring a soaker bath, walk-in shower and a double sink vanity.

Access to Lanikai beach is 10 minutes by car. Kailua town is a short 5 minute drive away.
